Your path down the mountain may change, but reaching the bottom is still the goal. Sometimes we get locked in to the idea that there is only one “right way” to lose weight. Instead, we need to look at the reality of our situations and be flexible. The couple also discuss the difference between jazz hands and spirit fingers and how doing both at the same time is impossible.
