Part 2 of our extravaganza on combating compulsive eating continues with a podcast that’s on the razors edge (that’ll make sense when you listen).  Inspired by an email from a listener in the United Kingdom, Catherine and Donald give another 4 or 5 hundred tips on both how to stop a compulsive eating episode and how to prevent them from happening in the first place.  Plus, Catherine goes helicopter skiing by accident, Donald asks how many calories are in beaver ears, and people compulsively give us positive reviews.  As a special bonus, more UK pop culture references!
