If you’re like most people, there are probably things about your body that you don’t like; particularly if you find yourself up on the scale. Catherine and Donald have been there too. This week, they talk about learning to love your body, or at least becoming neutral towards it, while working on achieving a goal weight. Focus on reflection and feeling good rather than ruminating and punishing yourself. Plus, Catherine uses her spooky voice, Donald gets a thumbs up from a canary, and the couple don’t know where they keep their fun.
